Despite the hotel's rating, my room lacked air conditioning, which was quite uncomfortable during my stay. I reported a theft incident regarding my sunglasses, yet there was no follow-up from staff despite their promises. the room condition felt neglected and dated considering the price paid.

The hotel's extensive pool area was a highlight, providing plenty of space for relaxation and family fun.

Unfortunately, the room service was inconsistent. we had to repeatedly request clean glasses, which detracted from our experience.

I had a choice room with a great view, but the dining options were a bit limited and the beach was busy as. the vibe was sweet as!

The bakery is definitely a vibe, no doubt! The spa experience was tops and the beach was just stunning. Can't forget the lekker food they served every day, made every meal enjoyable!

There’s something special about the abundant green space and delightful diversity of dining options at this hotel. While the check-in process was seamless with friendly assistance, the occasional noise from the entertainment activities nearby could be bothersome. It was overall a refreshing getaway.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends at this hotel! The entertainment and relaxation amenities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and children's playground, making it perfect for everyone. Food options were diverse, so everyone found something they loved. I highly recommend this place for its fantastic atmosphere and great service!

We faced some challenges with staff communication, especially since a lot of activities were presented mainly in Russian. It made it a bit tough to join some programs initially.

Just a nice choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Kemer with fantastic value. The maids left little surprises like roses on the bed during our stay. Learn a few Russian phrases to help with communication.

The huge water park and stunning nightly shows made our stay unforgettable. Plus, the sunset views from the beach were breathtaking!
